Joe and his team at Properties Central Realty provided fantastic service! They walked me through my home purchase step by step and explained everything - financing, inspection and all documentation. The office staff was right on top of all the deadlines and nothing was left to chance. - Highly Recommend!!

Joe and his team have been handling my housing portfolio for the last 5 years. They have sold 5 of my properties and I have also bought several investment properties from them. There knowledge in the market place is the best in there biz and trust me I have dealt with 3 other companies and they all seem to just sit back and are not aggressive in taking action for the customer.

Phil was amazing to work with! He truly guided us through the entire buying and selling process. He was always available whenever we had any questions day or night. Our experience was a roller coaster and Phil was able to handle some tough negotiations. We sold our house just under list and got a great deal on our new one. There were three closings on one day and they all went through on time. Phil has some great networking connections as well. He referred us to an attorney he has worked with in the past as well as a home inspector. They both were great to work with! I would highly recommend Phil to anyone thinking of buying, selling or both. He takes the time to guide his clients through process and he shows that he really cares.

I can't say enough about Dave Geraway at Properties Central Realty. He is affable, patient, and very accommodating. I quickly felt as though we had known each other for some time, and we became fast friends during a long process of home hunting. Jen and I dragged out the process longer than anticipated for a variety of reasons, none of which had anything to do with the level of service and commitment Dave, Joe, and Properties Central provided throughout.
